Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.) is a unique form of body work that addresses the relationship between stress and the interference in the flow of vital energy through the nervous system. Over our lifetime, stress can accumulate in the nervous system distracting vital energy, changing the normal chemistry and functioning of the body. B.E.S.T. is specifically designed to remove this stress and restore your vital energy, enabling the body to return to its natural, healthy, energetic state.
There are three techniques commonly used in the practice known as Basic, Face Down and Advanced Clearing:
- Basic, the most passive technique addresses the flow of vital energy within the nervous system and its affect on body alignment.
- Face Down technique affects communication within the upper and lower branches of the peripheral nervous system, helping to open neural pathways to improve alignment, reduce pain and improve autonomic nervous system function.
- Advanced clearing directly addresses the relationship between thoughts, emotions and the presence of pain, misalignment and poor health. During this technique your practitioner will ask you to think about the problems you are experiencing with your body. Typically when we think about what is bothering us our body alignment changes. Watching your alignment change gives your practitioner important information regarding memory and stored emotion. Your practitioner will then guide you through a process that releases the stressful thought or emotion associated with the physical problem, and introduces a positive healthy message to the nervous system.
